Talk and performative installation about photographers in fiction from 1850 to the present day, April 2008

Presented with Richard Warburton at Project Space Leeds, this illustrated lecture included accounts of Nathaniel Hawthorne’s The House of the Seven Gables , Cortazar’s Blow-Up and Paul Theroux’s Picture Palace as well as a poem by Lewis Carroll and a satirical story by Champfleury.
