Sunrise, Top Withins (video still)

This was the culmination of my 12-month residency with the Watershed Landscape Project, and presented video installations, a display of landscape photographs taken on local walks by two community groups from Keighley, and a curated display of historic images of Top Withins including photographs by Fay Godwin, Bill Brandt and Alexander Keighley, and drawings by Sylvia Plath and Branwell Brontë.

Exhibition curator: Jenna Holmes

A 48 page catalogue with essays by Professor Jay Appleton, Steven Wood, Robin Gray and Simon Warner is available from the Brontë Parsonage Museum.

In addition to the exhibition I curated a one-day symposium Unbounded Moor on landscape and literature (see Events) with contributions from writers, academics, artists, a geologist, a local historian and a performer.
