The essence of portraiture
My contribution to this touring exhibition was a full-length photo-silhouette of dancer Ruth Jones alongside a reconstructed 18th century Silhouette Chair. At each tour venue I also presented Lavater – The Shadow of History, a solo performance about silhouette portraiture and early photography, with photo-chemical demonstration (see Performance/Events).
